Fast shipping.Rgds,John Good, cheap dial caliper. Nice & tight & new.
For the money, how can you go wrong. I double checked the accuracy with different Gage Blocks, and it is dead on. I was given one of these by Grizzly (after a large purchase). Was a little bit stiff to use at first, But after blowing out the track with compressed air, it worked nice and smooth.
and the gradations are easy on the eye, so you can easily mark to a 1/128th of an inch if you need to. The 1/64th fractional caliper is also accurate to 1/1000th of an inch, but the gradations are designed for our normal eyeballing of things. Have fun. Quite simply, this, along with a fractional 1/64th of an inch caliper, is a godsend for any woodworker wanting precision results from his/her work. Use the ten times more accurate 1/1000th of an inch to set up and check machine measurements, and use a fractional 1/64th of an inch caliper, which you have to buy separate, for your everyday tasks.
